Insurance
Insurance benefits that include orthodontic treatment will reduce your personal costs. Insurance policies vary.
Our insurance coordinator will review your coverage to determine the most effective way to maximize you/your child's benefit.
Once treatment begins, Henseler & Kocian Orthodontics will submit a claim to your insurance company and will accept the assignment of these benefits for you.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit between you and your insurance carrier.
Before considering an insurance benefit change, we suggest either contacting your current insurance provider or our insurance coordinator to determine what benefits are yet to be paid.
If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
